For many, the internet is somewhat of a fairy tale. With 4Chan being the dark lord of the abyss and Reddit being the knight in shining armor, the debate for who truly runs the internet is still an ongoing one. And for those of us who don’t really want to fall into a world of weirdness and pitch black darkness, Reddit is the obvious choice. That is why today we will be reviewing Reddit for Android.
Review: Reddit for Android – One of the Best Reddit Clients
Reddit for Android is a third party app that allows its users to use Reddit with ease. While the app itself isn’t endorsed or maintained by the Reddit staff in any way, it does manage to come pretty close to what the official experience would have had felt like if it was ever delivered to the users.
The app manages to deliver the near perfect PC like experience to its users on Android and doesn’t skip on any key features. Commenting, up-voting, down-voting, new registrations, browsing personal history etc. the app truly has all the Reddit features that you have come to get used to over the years. However, these aren’t the key features that set this particular app apart from a whole bunch of Reddit apps that are available on the Play Store. What makes this app particularly unique is its ability to be ultra-friendly towards your phone’s battery and the wondrous fact that it has no in app ads what so ever. Yes, finally you will be able to use a Reddit app that won’t have you closing ads like a madman!
The app itself is quite new to the Play Store and hasn’t seen much success compared to other apps but it’s certainly on its way there. So, if you’re someone who loves to indulge themselves in the wonderful and sometimes whacky world of Reddit on the go, you should definitely think about trying out Reddit for Android as it just might be the app you were searching for all this time.
