While the gameplay in my own opinion lacks a little when compared to classics such as Fire Emblem or Advanced Wars (Nintendo Gameboy Titles), it is still quite a good game. Don’t be Afraid to Repeat Levels:
Even though Angry Birds Epic is a strategy games, there are times when you’ll find that your birds are way too weak to pass a certain level. At this point, you need to go back to an earlier stage and grind through it to get some experience to make your birds stronger.
Spend your Gold Wisely:
It goes without saying that all players should spend their hard earned gold wisely but what exactly is a wise purchase? Well, in our view it’s not getting the consumables but going for the permanent power ups such as the golden anvil.
Healers are Important:
Healers are very important in any turn based strategy game and you should always remember that. So apart from having a healer on your team you should also pay attention if the enemy has them. If they do, you should always focus enemy healers first as there’s no point in dealing damage if your enemy is just going to keep healing itself.
Prioritize your Attacks:
Like every good strategist, you should prioritize your attacks. Instead of having your birds battle multiple enemies, focus on one and take it out first (starting with healers). After the healers, always go for the little guys as they take fewer hits and the sooner you get rid of them the less the enemy will be able to accomplish in its turn.
Log in Daily:
If you want to be any good in the game, remember to log in daily and collect all the daily rewards you can. The game is designed in such a way that people who log in daily (even for 10 minutes) will be able to accomplish more and get better loot than people who don’t.
