Review: NextGen Player – Sing along to your Favorite Songs

unnamed

For some, music is like food for the soul and they like to try out different cuisines from all around the world. While for others, just the thought of being able to sing along to their favorite anime track is glorious. That being said, it’s not always easy as often you have no idea what the singer is singing since the song is not sung in your native tongue. However, if you’re someone who loves to try to sing along regardless, then you really should consider trying out the app NextGen Player.

Review: NextGen Player – Sing along to your Favorite Songs

NextGen Player is somewhat of a unique music player app that lets users sing along to their favorite songs by pulling the lyrics of their current song from the internet and storing them in the phone’s external storage. No long do you have to listen to a song and try to wonder what the singer is singing about… well that’s only true for lyrics that are in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu as of this moment but hey, with future updates more languages are sure to be added.

Apart from displaying lyrics on the screen, the app itself is highly functional and has all the features you would expect from any other run of the mill media player available in the Play Store. The app also boasts a sleep timer, which can come in quite handy especially if you’re a person who loves to sleep while listening to songs. That being said, the app doesn’t have a widget to go along with it but that’s not a major issue as according to the developer, it will be released in the next update which is set to be released any day now.

NextGen Player is a really great app for all music lovers as not only does the app lets user understand the meaning behind the songs they’re listening to but it can also double as a poor man’s karaoke player as well. So if you’re somewhat of a music enthusiast like me, I would highly recommend that you think about getting this app for your device.
