Review: Last App Switcher – Switch Between Apps Effortlessly

las poster

One of the things that greatly bothers me while using my phone is the fact that whenever I’m doing something fun or important, my device lights up and informs me I have a text or an e-mail that I must respond to. Being the social person I am, I can’t help myself but to respond in a timely manner. As a result, I have to close or minimize my current app, open the messaging/e-mail app, reply and then reopen my previous app by looking for it in the app drawer or the recently used apps menu. Honestly, it’s a big hassle and quite a pet peeve of mine when it comes to Android. So, I was quite glad to find out that I wasn’t the only one who thinks that way as we do have an app named Last App Switcher that provides the solution to this very predicament.

Review: Last App Switcher – Switch Between Apps Effortlessly

Last App Switcher is, as the name suggests, an app that allows users to switch to their last used app with ease. It does so by introducing a small semi-transparent, unobtrusive circle which in retrospect did remind me of the circle used by Paranoid Android for their floating notifications. Users can just tap this circle at any time to quickly and seamlessly switch between their last used app and their current one. Thus finally allowing them to text and work/have fun at the same time.

With a low impact on your system’s RAM and battery life, the Last App Switcher doesn’t pull any stops when it comes to impress users with its wide array of features. From snappy transitions to its no ads policy, you just can’t help but fall in love with the app.

So, if you’re a person who would like to have the equivalent of the last channel switching button you may find on your TV’s remote control on your Android device, then Last App Switcher is the app for you. Not only will it save you time but it will also let you experience multitasking like you have never experienced before.
